What growth on the spiritual path has done for me and can do for you.
A journey on the spiritual path is not always easy, but it is worth it. Walking this path is about being able to recognize and be responsible for all that needs to be unlearned and healed through life’s traumas, societal conditioning, and the fear that lives in our bodies and minds. It sounds like a lot, and at times it can be, but the other side of that healing is glorious. It is filled with increased peace, freedom and love. It allows you to open up, to become aware, and to create an amazing inspired life that continues to get better and better.
Through my spiritual journey, I have healed and released so much that no longer serves me. I have quieted my mind (by mastering my ego), released fear (through the healing process), learned how to protect myself energetically (as all empaths should), and am living a more authentic and inspired life.
I am here to support and guide you to embrace your true Divine power. Through the teaching and healing process, I inspire you to become more empowered in your authentic Divine self, and to create a higher vibrational and balanced life experience.

What does it mean to master ego?
Mastering ego is the process of becoming aware of and healing fear (fear in our thoughts, bodies, everyday lives, interactions and experiences. Basically, wherever fear exists),
in order to come back to a state of love.
Mastering Ego mentoring gives you an understanding of ego, how ego affects your life, and tools for mastering ego in a way that allows you to heal, grow, become aware and transform into the highest version of yourself... the authentic, empowered and Divinely powerful soul you are.
